1.  INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP Car Chauffeur Referral Partner Program. This division allows approved referral partners to earn commissions by introducing clients who require professional chauffeur-driven vehicle services. This includes executive transport, airport transfers, corporate travel, and private hire bookings.

This program is open to students, graduates, job seekers, and entrepreneurial individuals who want to earn flexible income while developing real-world business skills. All partners must be vetted and approved before representing the MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP brand.

Full policy documentation, the Referral Partner Agreement, and operational guidelines will be provided upon approval of your application. The information in this document serves as the official program outline.

2.  COMMISSION STRUCTURE

2.1 — Earning Rate

Commission per Referred Car (Chauffeur Division)

R500.00 per car

For every successfully referred and completed chauffeur booking, the referral partner earns R500.00. Earnings are tracked per vehicle confirmed and completed under the partner’s unique referral code. There is no ceiling on how many cars you can refer.

Commissions are paid after the referred job has been completed and client payment has been received by MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP. Payment is made via EFT to your registered South African bank account.

6.  SOCIAL MEDIA SCREENING POLICY

All applicants undergo a mandatory social media screening before approval. This is applied to every applicant without exception to protect the professional reputation of MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP and our clients.

6.1 — What We Screen

Our team reviews publicly accessible profiles on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. We assess:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content of any kind
• Unprofessional, vulgar, or defamatory posts
• Content promoting illegal activity, violence, or substance abuse
• Statements that conflict with MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP’s values or brand standards
• Content that could damage client or public confidence in the company

6.2 — Screening Outcome

• Applicants who pass screening proceed to the approval stage
• Applicants who do not meet the standard may be declined or asked to address issues before reapplying
• MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP reserves the right to decline any applicant without providing detailed reasons
• Approved partners who later violate brand standards may be suspended or terminated

Your public image is your personal brand. MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP’s public image is our business. All referral partners are expected to carry both with equal pride.

7.  CONTENT CREATION POLICY

Approved referral partners are permitted to create and share branded content using the MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP name and assets — subject to strict content guidelines. Content creation is ONLY permitted after receiving official written approval.

7.1 — What Is Permitted (After Approval)

• Sharing official MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP graphics, brochures, and marketing materials provided by the company
• Creating personal referral posts using your unique referral code
• Short-form video content promoting MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP services (subject to pre-approval)
• Tagging MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP social media accounts in approved posts

7.2 — What Is NOT Permitted

• Using MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP branding before receiving official written approval
• Creating unofficial price lists, service packages, or promotional offers
• Making false or exaggerated claims about the company or earning potential
• Posting negative competitor comparisons using the MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP name
• Sharing internal company information, client details, or confidential documents
• Impersonating MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP staff or management in any communication

Violations of the content creation policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of the referral partner agreement. MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP reserves the right to pursue legal action for reputational damage.

8.  HOW TO APPLY

1. Visit the bottom of the page and navigate to the Referral Partner Program section.
2. Complete the online application form with your personal details and social media handles.
3. Await social media screening and background review (typically 3–7 business days).
4. If approved, receive your Welcome Pack: unique referral code, brand assets, full policies, terms and conditions, and rules and regulations.
5. Begin referring clients.

9.  POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

9.1 — Commission & Payment Policy

• Commissions paid after the referred job is completed and client payment received by MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP
• Payment via EFT to your registered South African bank account
• Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations on all earnings
• MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP may withhold commission in cases of fraudulent referrals or policy violations

9.2 — Code of Conduct

• Conduct yourself professionally at all times when representing MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP
• Do not solicit clients using misleading, false, or aggressive tactics
• Do not offer or imply discounts or changes to MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP’s service pricing without written authorisation
• Protect the confidentiality of all client and company information

9.3 — Referral Integrity

• Each referral must be a genuine new client with no prior engagement with MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in immediate disqualification
• Always use your unique referral code for all referrals

9.4 — Suspension & Termination

• MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner agreement at any time for policy violations
• Upon termination, all use of MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP brand assets and name must immediately cease
• Outstanding commissions for completed jobs will be paid within the standard payment cycle

10.  RULES & REGULATIONS

• Partners must use their unique referral code for ALL referrals to ensure correct tracking and commission allocation.
• Partners may NOT represent themselves as employees, managers, or executives of MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP.
• Partners must only operate within the Chauffeur Division unless separately approved for another division.
• Brand content may only be published after receiving written approval from MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP management.
• Partners must maintain their social media standards throughout the program — not just at the point of initial screening.
• Commission disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of the commission payment date.
• Partners may not engage in any activity that directly competes with MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP’s services while enrolled in the program.
• MAINSTREAM LOGISTICS GROUP’s decision on all program matters — including approval, disputes, and terminations — is final.

11.  DISCLAIMER

This referral program does not constitute an employment relationship, agency agreement, or business partnership beyond the scope of the Referral Partner Agreement. Partners are independent contractors responsible for their own tax, legal compliance, and business affairs.

By applying for and participating in the Car Chauffeur Referral Partner Program, all partners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all applicable program documentation.
